Refund policy
TO RETURN:
Please make sure your order meets our return conditions and is not a final sale or pre-order item.
No return authorization is needed! Simply include:

Your Order Number (found in your original order confirmation email)

Your Reason for Return (ex: wrong size, defective item, etc.)
You may include your original packing slip with your return, or write this information on a piece of paper and place it inside the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use the carrier of your choice.

Please allow 3–4 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse, and an additional 7–10 business days for our team to process your return.
Once processed, we will issue a return to the original form of payment used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.

PRE-ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND FINAL SALE.
Due to the custom nature and limited quantities of pre-order items, all pre-orders cannot be returned or exchanged. -
Items discounted 30% off or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Any items marked “SALE” or “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange.
DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email our Customer Service Team at
morganandzachh@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, wear, or handling after delivery.
EXCHANGES:
Due to our inventory selling out quickly, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the unwanted item and place a new order for a different item of your choice once your return has been processed.
